( Ok ,it was shuttering a bit last night while blowing snow and seemed to loose power. Put it in the garage for the night. Today it starts fine but as soon you you let off the clutch it stalls out. Even in neutral. Parking brake is off. I tried this in low gear, high gear, and neutral. Shuts down like its loaded up, or over taxing it with a load.No way to let off the clutch without stalling it out. Tranny fluid is up. Any ideas? )
If it does it in neutral, then I'd guess at either a mechanical failure at the transmission side of the clutch, like a seized bearing, or an electrical failure that is keeping the clutch pedal safety switch engaged (the one that prevents starting with the clutch out). Since it seemed to lose power last night, I'd lean toward a transmission/clutch problem. Either that, or it's something extremely simple that I'm not thinking about.
