B2400 Mid-Mower U-Joint

I noticed the one of the grease fittings on the u-joint for my RCK60-24b mower is missing the nipple piece that the grease gun attaches to. Is this a metric fitting?

Since the mower decks are USA built,I'd expect the grease fitting to be the most common 1/4 x 28 NF thread.

You can get the SAE/Metric zerk kits for cheap. Then find the one that fits.

I keep a set of these on hand -- very handy to have around the house if you have lots of equipment that has zerks.
