none yet--but looking
The specs on the B2410 and B7610 are exactly the same--are these just the same machine with different numbers? If not, what is the difference between the two?

Thanks--Craig

craig -

I am travelling at the moment - so forgive me if I forget some of the details:

B2410 = Deluxe Tractor
B7610 = Standard Tractor

So what's deluxe?

- Position Control on 3 point hitch (B7610 has 1/4" inching control)
- Deluxe seat with armrests (my B7610 works just fine, thank you /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif )
- Bigger 3PH lift capacity: 1300# vs @ 1100# on B7610
- Optional "Bi-Speed Turn" (tighter turning radius)

*********

I think those are the chief differences - although I would have liked the extra 3PH lifting capability - I don't have a (regular) need for the position control. I think the B2410 goes for @ $1000 more than the B7610 - I couldn't justify this for my needs...

If you go to the Kubota website you can read through the various options - here's the link to the Kubota B-Series

Cheers,

Dan

They are basically the same machine, with differences Dan articulated. I love the position control, but it may not be critical to your needs. I think it's one of those things that if you never had it, you might not miss it, but if you have ever used it, you wouldn't live without it.

As far as the bi-speed, I have that as well. It is optional on the B2410, not standard. I like mine and use it frequently, but I would guess many don't as it is a feature disappearing from the Kubota line. Bi-speed and turning brakes will get you in and out of some pretty tight spots in the woods.

In case you may not have heard, the B2410 has been discontinued this year, although there may well be some left at certain dealers. It's a great tractor.

The local kubota dealer told me that the bi-speed causes steering or front end damage on tractors used with a front end loader.
This could be why Kubota quit offering it.
