I’m looking for a B26 for trail building and water flow management. I have a larger tractor for other tasks and will likely never take off the backhoe.
There are two locally.
The first is a 2007 with 250 hours. It’s a dealer and I have a call into them for details. It seems like a one owner due to age and hours. It has a hydraulic thumb which I want and a third function which is good to have. It also has an extra backhoe bucket. $31k
The second is a 2018 but has 1000 hours and came from a rental yard. It also has the thumb bipod no third function. $28k
I’m leery of the rental unit but should I be? I’ve gone to see it and it looks good, no obvious damage other than the hood has some scrapes on it.
What do you all think? Are either a good choice or should I keep looking? Thanks
