When I first had trouble with my steering on the B26 I had hit a hole while bush hogging and we found a piece of a seal missing in the steering cylinder, we replaced that but it did not fix the hard steering, I finally realized the piece must be stuck in the system and retarding the flow of fluid. one very cold morning I crank up the B26 and did not let it warm up just immediately started backing out of tractor shed moving the steering left and right and I felt it when it happen the thick oil had forced the missing piece on to the tank and it was working as before. we did a lot of troubleshooting and parts replacement but that's what fixed it.
