B2630 steering problems

My B2630 has is really hard to steer. Almost like no power steering. The tractor has 300 hours so I changed the filters and oil (hydraulic) but this has not help any. I read one post sayiing something about using the loadeer the loader to lift the front of the tractor off the ground and cycling??
