I'm sure your business practices are not those portrayed in the 20/20 piece. But let's get real here, when dealing with others in any capacity one can best protect one's own interests by being prepared and educated in that which is at issue. That is true whether the consumer is purchasing antiques or tractors(or antique tractors), etc. I don't have the time to address all the above "slams" aimed in my direction but they are clearly just groundless hot air. I will say that my response to my being "lucky" to have a dealer that will sell me a tractor at at a competitive price is not quite the way I choose to look at it(and I have more than a little experience in the retailer's perspective). I consider us all "lucky" to be in a free economic system that encourages competition and allows each of us to make our own economic decisions, whether or not they are all provident.
