B2920 radiator hose clamps

Anyone know how to loosen or take off the hose clamps on the radiator hose on the top. What tool would be right for this? Also would it be hard to reconnect the clamps on the hoses if taken off?

Also I don't feel like going out to see what you are talking about; it's -2 out now...

If I remember correctly they are plastic hose clamps

and removing them is as simples as moving the serrated parts that hold together 180 degrees apart.

Reinstalling them is simple; put around the hose and clamp tight with pliers

Or just get some new regular style clamps at your local auto store.

It looks like a screw but I don't think a screw driver will work as it's tight.
