Yeah...I've got to get the a/c and turf tires. I don't really have the need for ag or r4 tires anymore. And after cutting this past weekend in 103 degrees....it want be to long before I go ahead a make the purchase.
The only problem I have is that I've always owned ford tractors. And NH will be coming out with a small cab model in november I think. I'm trying to hang in there and see what it's like.

I am thinking of buying a B3030 cab model. I have a 97' NH 1720. I have 11 flat acres that I will be mowing with a 72" Rhino finishing mower. My question is...should I have any problems using my mower? How well does the 3030 ride? How cool does the a/c keep ya? Are there any problems you have had?
I do have a 5' Field General rotary mower and a scrape blade that I will use every now and then. I don't cut anything real heavy with the rotary mower.

I almost bought the b3030 cab but decided on the 3430hstc. The main reason for me was you get a much larger tractor that rides good on rough field grass and has more power, larger tires, more stable, better ride. I tried the b3030 cab before buying the 3430 cab and the small tires/light weight allowed you to feel every little pebble. I finish mow a fairly rough field at anywhere between 4.6 and 5.6 mph and it does not beat me to death. I can mow five acres in 2 hours time with a 72" rear mount finish mower. Also the larger tractor I can bush hog with a 6ft cutter.

Now don't get me wrong here guys the b3030cab is a wonderful tractor for a smoother type yard where you need to navigate trees and the lighter weight will not damage the yard grass etc.. I love the extra headroom the b3030 cab offers but the small tires and lighter weight just wasn,t for me.

You know its funny, I had it down between New Holland & Kabota. The dealer at New Holland is inadvertently the reason I bought the Kabota. I was gona probably go Kabota anyway but the NH dealer said to me as we were chatting. "I wish I could say something bad about Kabota but there a great Tractor" He said there are only three choices on the market Green, Orange & Blue. Stay away from everything else. In the end Kabota had a better rig for the money I was spending. I guess what matters is the size of the rig you looking at and how they compare at that level. There both great machines
