Yep with PS there hain't no reason for a knob.
Ok but you don't know what your missing,
I wouldn't want the knob for manual steering, pushing and pulling on the knob to steer no thanks i had one on my Honda lawn tractor mower. There is no effort at all with this Edison Power Knob and power steering, none, zip nothing.
I know this knob was very expensive but the ball bearing inner and outer race just like a spindle on a car has a really really good feel to it used with power steering, I can't really explain it, maybe someone else can help me out and explain it better.
A twelve dollar cheap plastic spinner on a dry stud will not have the same effect. I's hard to explain other then "effortless" feel and "total" control.
I have 30 days to send this spinner back and get my money back, believe me if I don't like something it goes back.
After using it for one hour I would never give it up, I have 213 hrs with power steering without using one. I have one hour using the knob with power steering and there is a huge difference.
No hard feeling if you guys don't want one it's ok with me.
I don't make them or sell them.
But you don't really know if you never tried it on your tractor.
Bandit67 ,
When your putting your chains on do you have the wheels off the ground? My wheels will turn if the weight of the tractor is off of them. They just start to move a little with the tractor weight on the wheels.
