B3200 Kubota
Ongoing saga with my dealer & Kubota. At issue is my 72" MMM that can't be pinned without the use of a floor jack...... Dealer dropped by with the Kubota service rep yesterday to look at the problem. Service rep thinks there is a compatibility issue, since the MMMs are manufactured in Japan. He said the MMMs are designed & built without being mounted on a tractor to see if they actually fit. The saga continues........

What exactly is the problem? It does not line up? Is there any way to fix it by alternating brackets maybe?

That seems a bit far fetched, surely someone test the two products together!

I do a fair amount of 3D modeling, I can go weeks putting things together to see how the fit, and how they look with each other, even simulate taking them apart etc, but I've learned with practically every model, that no matter how good it is, once prototypes come out, something still needs to be tweaked to make it work.

The MMM doesn't raise high enough to line up with the holes in the frame bracket. Kubota has a variety of brackets for this purpose on other similar models, but none for this particular set up..... Guess they need to design one, huh?

I just bought a used B7500 with a ground contact mower . This deck has to be pinned up to lock it in the up position if you don't want it to move with the 3 point hitch control . With the deck all the way up it is a good inch shy of the bracket holes on the tractor body so I have to manually lift each side up to insert the pins , luckily the deck is not to heavy and I am able to lift with one hand and place the pins with the other .

Just didn't want you to feel left out ;) hope they solve your issue .

Ironically, I too owned a B7500 with a 54" MMM & had to use the same procedure you've described. The problem you get into with this 72" MMM is the weight........... Hulk Hogan might one arm it, but I'm not in his league....

I have a B3030 with a 60" MMM and to pin the deck I use a long 2x4 to act as a lever to get the holes to line up.

I don't really see the value in pinning the deck though when it comes off quickly enough. The couple times I have tried to do something with the deck pinned it turned out that the MMM was in the way just hanging there, plus I don't want to bang it on stuff.

I remove my 60" deck when I want to use the tractor differently and for the winter I take off all the brackets too. It is bit of a PITA, but well worth it, IMHO.

hi all, just bought b3200 and i was wanting to pin the deck up to us a box blade. I didnt see the need to take it all the way out b/c in middle of yard nothing to snag. The problem is i think i am missing a bracket there is nothing to pin to in the back. The book says remove pins from rear stoppers i have no pins i have bolts and when i raise it all the way up there is nothing to pin to there are holes where it looks like a bracket goes anyone have pic of this?
