I second the B26 being a better choice. It is still small and more designed for backhoe work. Even a good used B21 would work good you can pick the up fairly cheap now since they are getting older...
Land Pride makes a Box Scraper Model BB1560. This will cover your tire tracks and work perfectly. A b26 has 19.5PTO HP and this model requires aminimum of 15 PTO HP.
The Brush cutter a little different. Land Pride requires a minimum of 20PTO HP for their RCR1860 60 in cut. My concern would be you may overheat the tractor using this model. When brush hogging you load the engine down from the transmisson and the PTO at the same time. If you choose the RCR1548 you shouldnt have any problems. Only requires 15 PTO HP and 1 foot smaller cut. See if you can find other B26 owners that are Brush Cutting and see what they are using.
