b3350 feedback, does anyone recommend or avoid it?

Well with all the negative feedback you got on that tractor and all the issues it may have, if you want it.
You should be able to get a fairly good deal on it.

Its just hard to sort what is prevalent vs realistic. I know there are thousands of owners out there. Would an equally price TYM unit new be a better option or is a flawed bota still a better value. So far the threads I researched the same commenters are the ones on those threads too. I can go to a ford f250 thread that bag on the 6.0 yet have 10 that say heck, i got 250k out of mine so... Guess I was hoping to hear some owners say how much they were not effected by the trouble areas.

I have spoken to my Kubota service and sales reps about the 3350 and both tell me that there are "many" in the field that "have no problems." Perhaps, but I have spoken to none of these owners and all of the Kubota dealer techs that I have spoken with say otherwise.

If things are as they should be with the 3350, one wonders why Kubota decided to replace it with a new model having a common rail engine similar to other Kubota DPF engines that rarely exhibit regeneration issues.

I bought a used 3350 last year, only 300 hours on it, out of the emissions warranty. Nothing but problems from day 1, traded it in on a new 2650 a few months later. 2650 did fine removing snow this winter, I plan on using a chipper on it this summer but haven't run the chipper or the 72 mmm I kept off the 3350 yet. I went to 5 dealers till i found one that would take the 3350 on trade, and they sent it straight to auction, wouldn't sell it on their lot.

I have a B3350 , an early one ~2013. Early issues, yes, Dealer did the work. Haven稚 had a problem in last 4 years. Run it over 2000 rpm. I mostly just cut grass. If the regen light comes on late in my cutting, I shut off when grass is done and wait till next cutting to clear regen.
Sad to read the above, I just down sized to a BX2680 because my B is basically too big for my 1 ac yard and I have a L39tlb for lifting. Just assembling parts and manuals to list for selling ( Fel with 60 quick bucket, f&r chains). Maybe I値l have to keep it as a dedicated chipper ( 3 tractors?). It only has 117 hours. I love my B. The bx is more garden tractor compared to the B.
