Read the manual, pull the engine drain plug/s, drain oil, remove oil strainer, clean with solvent or gasoline (carefully if using flammable liquids) and replace, replace drain plug/s, fill with oil to correct level on dip stick.
Edit: No cartridge filter on this engine as noted in later post.
Are you doing the transmission fluids as well?

Those old tractors were pretty easy to service. In CA I would use 15W40.

From a different Forum ...

Jon De Rusha I recently bought a '70s Kubota B6000E. In the process of updating fluids, filters, etc., I learned that a new oil filter cost $107.15. Can the old filter be cleaned and re-installed? If so, will I need to replace any gaskets? How often does the oil filter need to be replaced? Any information about this matter will be greatly appreciated.

jm. Jon Afraid some unknowing parts guy has let you astray. If you were to try and drain the engine oil you will find as you remove the oil plug attached will be a long brass strainer. That serves as the oil filter. No need to replace this just take light solvent like kerosene or parts washer fluid like varsol and wash it clean.
Reinstall and you are ready to go. Only replace if towrn or clapsed beyond use.. Hope this helps Jerry.
