b6100 kubota help

I have a b6100 kubota with a 3 cyl engine. I have the engine apart and need to know which is the top and bottom of the rings.I have a aftermarket manual but the rings picture isn't clear enough to make out. Thank you

You might should double check with the tech guys at the dealer, but as a general rule on ring orientation, all markings and bevels face up, and if there is no mark (usually a dot) or bevel, then they can go either way.

Well not sure of the B6100, but my B2100 manual says "fit all piston rings with marks facing up" as ctjstr already stated. However it does show the second ring with an undercut,which goes down. You might double check that on yours. Good luck!
