hi guys, new to this forum.
Hello ABBIY. my only thought is maybe you have missed/dropped the key that goes in the keyway to drive the charge pump. I referred to it in step 4 on my lengthy post on May 19, 2018G'day, I have carried out the same input shaft replacement as member rockyroadnz has. The tractor was running without any issues before I replaced the input shaft on my B7100 HST, type II. Now the tractor has very little to no drive, forward and reverse. I'm getting 40 PSI before the charge pump but only getting 10 PSI after @ the port 3 test port. I have removed the charge pump the second time to confirm that the dots on the impeller and the one on the outside ring are facing outwards / visible. Measured the clearances, between the impeller tip and it's outer ring, between the impeller and the plate it runs up against and all measured OK. Removed scratch marks on the plate that the impeller runs up against. That the O rings has not fallen out. Check for air entering the system. Cleaned the strainers and fitted new hyd oil filter. I cannot get to the charge relief valve unless I split the tractor again. I did not check this on both occasions when I has split the tractor.
Questions: could it be possible that I have incorrectly assembled the charge pump, around the needle roller bearing, washer, seal area, that is restricting the oil flow into the charge pump?
Any advice and suggestion will be much appreciated before I split the tractor for the third time, removed the charge pump and replace with new one, that is if I can still purchase a replacement.
