b7100 kubota vs.bx1800

I have a choice to purchase either of the above, the 1700 comes with a BH while the bx does not I am planning to use it mostly for tilling fields, which one would be better at that,

A backhoe is an expensive piece of equipment, if you don't need it. The B7100 doesn't have power steering and has less PTO HP than the BX. That said, the B7100 is just about indestructible.

Is it a 1700 or a 7100? As stated the 7100 didn't come with power steering and they were quite bullet proof and far better at tillage then the BX series.

A 1700 would have power steering and is on a simular chassis to the 7100.
