I was able to go out today and take a look at things. I cleaned out between the fins on the radiator with some air. After that I removed the radiator cap and topped of the fluid.i started the engine and let it heat up. The fluid did come up and pass though the overflow at a depend speed. Once it heated there was a constant flow of bubble come out. So from what you guys mentioned I’m guess it’s the head gasket. My question now is, is this a thing of just removing the head and replacing the gasket? Or what else is involved?

My B7100 blows coolant out when mowing. There's no heat gauge on the machine so I don't know how hot it's getting.

You should have the head checked for cracks before you put it back on. I'd recommend having it professionally done because they're nearly impossible to see especially without sandblasting the head.
