Keep in mind that the older (late '70s through early '80s)
B7100 gear drives had a shorter wheel base than the newer (late'80s through late '90s)
B7100 hydrostatic drives. Thus the loaders for the older B7100s were different that the loaders for the newer B7100s. Keep that in mind if you find plans to build one or find a loader that is used.
I don't know where you are located, but as far as used ones go, I saw a used 1630C loader on the lot at the Knoxville TN dealer. That is the model that fits the newer B7100s. I haven't bothered to ask them if it is for sale or not since it doesn't fit my older
B7100 gear drive. The dealer's web page is
www.tennvall.com if you are possibly interested.
Since there's not a huge price difference in the loaders of the small compact tractors verses the larger compact tractors I decided to spend my loader money on a loader for a larger tractor (
B2150); and go power steering as a bonus.
