B7100 Loader problem

I have a 1995 B7100 with a Kubota 1630C FEL. I must have a leak somewhere in the hydraulics, because the bucket will slowly bleed to a "dump"position. Without any load in the bucket it takes about 10-15 minutes to go to a full dump position, but with the toothbar on or with any kind of load in the bucket it will dump much faster. The FEL arms will not drop down, it is just the dump function that seems to leak. I know I need to do some repair, but don't know where to start. What's the more likely problem, a leak in the FEL controls or in the hydraulic rams themselves?

Loosen the lines going into the dump cylinder closest to the tractor. If the oil runs out and it dumps faster then it would be the cylinders. It more then likely is only one that is leaking so try one at a time.

You could swap the hoses on your control valve around, once you do if the bucket holds but the loader drops, the problem is in the valve. If it doesn't, the problem is in one of the bucket cylinders.

Think I'd look at the joystick control lever for wear. Chances are all the hydraulic portion will be good.

You might be low on hydro oil...I know my 7510 was a bit jerky when it was just a tad under.... Also....I noticed that if you are riding and cutting the grass and doing loader movements(like to move it out of the way) sometimes it may be jerky just because the pump is trying to keep up
