B7100 shift pattern

Can someone explain where reverse is on my B7100? I think I am lifting up and pushing forward to get it to go in but as silly as it sounds I am not positive. Also, the 4wd engagement lever is up or down 4 wd?

It's a typical H. If memory serves me (I never look anymore), to the left and forward is reverse, left and back is 1st, right forward 2nd etc... I rarely take my B6100 out of 4 wheel drive so not sure, down for 4x4 I think. When I first got it I tried them all and then p-touched them.

Thanks. Looked at it again last night and understood the labels better. Looks like it should be a nice addition, hoping that with its small size it will help with mowing my woods.
