That sounds like a fair price, assuming that...
(1) the tractor is 4WD, and
(2) the tractor is the newer hydrostat model and not the older gear drive model. With 330 hours, it probably is the newer model.
A couple of notes:
(1) As mentioned previously, the B7100 does not have power steering. If you plan to do a lot of FEL work, this can be a real pain for you.
(2) Kubota made two different FELs for the hydrostat B7100; the B1630 and the B1630C. The B1630C is compatible with Kubota's RC54-71B and RC60-71B mid mowers (54" and 60", respectively). The B1630 is not compatible with the mid-mowers. I have no information about 3rd party FELs, if that is what the tractor has.
