B7100 & Woods 1006 loader

I need suggestions on rebuilding loader arm cylinders. I have removed the snap ring but can't remove the rod. Does anyone have any suggestions on rod removal?

I can't offer any specific comment on the Woods loader, but I had a similar problem with the OEM loader on my B7100 HST. After unthreading the cylinder lock ring, I couldn't remove the rod & piston.
I got it out by using tractor hydraulic pressure. It was messy but it worked.

I have reinstalled the cylinder and ran the tractor for 15 minutes operating the bucket several times and it is still stuck in the tube. The cylinder just leaks a little bit at the rod end it does move freely, does not seem to be bent just the packing is stuck in the tube
