I have a B7500 and although the manual mentions a tiller size of 49", would like to know if anybody has used a 60" tiller and how well it worked.

Thanks for the info..

That's a whole lot of tiller, as in 11 inches bigger than recommended by Kubota, so besides the weight I'd say a B7500 would have a hard time with a 60" tiller. The golden rule of 48" on the B7500 is something to go by when in doubt.

dpm,
I have a King Kutter 60" tiller that I use with my B7500HST. I bought it last
spring and so far have used it to till an acre or so at a time, a few times.
The tractor has no trouble pulling it and the temp never moved off normal
in 90 degree weather. The soil is completely pulverized and ready to plant
after one pass. However, here in So. Md. my soil is soft/sandy and there
are very few rocks. The slip clutch never slipped while tilling. For my use
I would buy the 60" again.

YMMV
