My main shift arm broke in half and I replaced it- but when reassembled, cannot get the shifter into reverse. I pushed the two gears that I can see - toward the rear of the casing before dropping the top back on. Is that correct, should I be turning the rear axle to re-align, etc. rear What is the the correct position for the shift forks, shifter and gears. Pictures help.
