B7500 Demographics

Hi Mike - I have enjoyed reviewing your stats for the B7500 ownership demographics, but have one question though.

If the weather gets bad (or you have some other down time), will you be tempted to take your analysis of ownership upwards through the B series ?

I will be glad to do that. Don't count on the weather getting bad though, I live in Central Florida.

Those are interesting stats. I hit on both the high usage (FEL), as well as the low usage (brush hog, boxblade) attachments. According to the people I've talked with the B7500 is the most popular landscaping tractor around here. Small enough to get into some very tight places, yet big enough to do significant work. Add enough weight to one (filled tires, suitcase weights, and wheel weights), and I know it can give a B2410 a run for its money.

How about the L4610? With 160 acres, what tractor should I buy, statistically speaking?

Although I can't answer the question of "statistically speaking" what tractor should one buy with 160 acres. I can tell you that the average lot size of L4610 owners is 66.33 acres.

Wow, anyone know when the M's are coming out with HST?

I guess a more accurate way to ask the question is "what tractor has an average owner lot size between 100 and 200 acres?"
