Here is the reason I couldn't get back to you right away. Every year there is a 4 day shrimp season. 4 days ... 4 hours each. It is a very well managed resource, so when there is an opening, you gotta go. Here is a picture of a spot prawn. Quite possibly one of the tastiest things to come out of the water in the Pacific Northwest.

I know this is off topic, but thought I'd share anyway.
