B7510 PTO wont disengage

My Kubita B7510 pto will not disengage or change RPM's with the lever. Only when clutch pushed in. Is it an adjustment or internal issue? Thx

Maybe I am mis-understanding your question, but I always push the clutch in to engage, disengage or change RPM selection for PTO on my B7500.

My manual says, "To avoid damage of transmission, before shifting the PTO gear shift lever, fully disengage the main clutch." Pg 36 of Operator's Manual

Using it without clutch will break it internally
