I have a hydraulic hose on my b7610 backhoe that has sprung a leak is it a big deal to replace. I worry about bleeding the new hose and removing air. Can someone give me step by step instructions
Thanks Mike

Just make sure you have the cylinder locked, such as the boom resting on the ground, so when you remove the hose there is no weight or force on the cylinder. Otherwise fluid will shoot out (not safe). Replace the hose and cycle the circuit several times and air will be pushed out. Open center hydraulics are asy to bleed. Its not a closed system like car brakes. Wear safety glasses and gloves.
