The Kub B series rear tires come with the two part valve stems designed for fluid filling. There is the fatter part that stays with the rim, and the skinnier inner part (called the core??) that threads off, leaving an open hole down the stem. This is what the filler adapter threads on to. It's a dirt simple operation.
Since WW fluid is not corrosive, I can't imagine what advantage a tube would be. If you're using calcium chloride, that’s another matter.
I used WW fluid straight up, undiluted.
I don't expect any huge difference in performance, just a little better traction in some situations.
