B7800 with LA402 fel specs

When I went to my local dealer they have a couple of 7800s. They didn't have any brochures on them though & in my blissful daze wandering the lot,I managed to forget some important questions.I have looked on the k site as well as dealer sites & can't find the info I'm wanting. How much does the tractor weigh? What are the capacities of the 402 fel? So far the 7800 has serious competition from 2 other tractors-the Landtrac 300DTC and the Mahindra 2810. The 7800 seems physiacally smaller than those 2 but a little fancier. The red & purple are both shuttle shift to the 7800's hst. The 7800 also has smaller diameter tires.

It seems like I have seen weight listed on one of these sites. 2710 and 2910 both weight in just under 1800 if I recal correectly. As far as K's site I gues their thinking is you don't advertise your weekness.

Pulled out the 7800 brochure. Weight is 1741 lbs. If I remember an older thread, loader capacity can be determined by model #; i.e., a 402 is rated for 402 kilograms.
Don't ask me about the conversion, I still count on my fingers /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif.

To convert kg to lbs., multiply by 2.2. The 402 loader should have a capacity of about 885#.

The weight of the B7800HSD-R is 1741 lbs. the capacity of the LA402 loader is 882 lbs to the bucket center or 1060 to the pivot pin. Hope this helps.
