Opening pics in a new tab is the only way I could ever get any results on this site. But my left hand is lazy so I right click on the pic and click on "open in new tab" at the top of the drop down box. I like my mouse. No problem on Chrome, had to test it since I rarely use the Back Arrow.
When you want to see a picture or a Link, hold the Ctrl key and click. It will open in a new Tab.
Much faster overall than the Back Arrow.
If your mouse has a scroll wheel, most scroll wheels will act as a "middle click" if you click with them and that will (in most browsers) open the link/picture in a new tabOpening pics in a new tab is the only way I could ever get any results on this site. I had been having this problem for a while on some sites, especially when I started browsing this one. If I right clicked the back arrow I would see it was filled with links to http://ad.doubleclick.net
I did a search and found this fix at How To: MVPS Hosts File FAQ
So far it has worked for me.
I just checked the link in my message and it isn't going directly to the instructions for this problem on the web page. Scroll down the page to the section titled "Strange behavior in the Internet Explorer Back Button"

Hi again, There's been several game threads started on the TBN forums, So! I come to look at this return back page arrow issue as sort of a game I playI'ts kind of a 50% 50% chance that it will return back or not!, I think I'm currently loosing at this game, Maybe I need to start cheating
Lately I'm experiencing more None return back issue, 70% of the time it will not return, quit honestly It's become bit aggravating when having to close out of TBN again and again and again in order to navigate.......
Because of this issue I've lessoned my visits here, I suppose if this keeps up I'll likely stop coming at all, Again it's not my computer settings etc, etc, All other sites I visit I have no problems what-so-ever:confused3:
