My backhoe arm that raises and lowers the bucket moves to quickly when the lever is moved, is there an easy way to slow it down? All else works fine, just this one cyclinder.
That is what you use the levers for, to feather the flow by just opening the valve enough to move at the speed you want. If it is too fast, throttle back and/or don't pull full back on the lever when raising.
