Buying Advice Back Hoe for my Kioti DS 3510

I am in Canada so our prices may be different.( although the dealer is buying in us dollars when he buys) I bought a 2465 hoe yesterday, cash and carry and was charged $6395.00 plus tax. That works out to the $1000 a foot price that everyone else has mentioned. On the invoice it showed a $1500 rebate on the purchase , it must be the fall dealer rebate program.
