Yes Shiloh continues to do well. She has a couple more surgeries to fix her face but overall couldn't have asked for a better recovery.
Inspector,
Yes we will be there this year!! Make sure and come see us. Mesa won the
Senior Congress Barrel Championship last year in barrels. I hope we can repeat that championship this year too! Look forward to seeing you there. )</font>
That is wonderful Richard. I have a friend who has a son that was ran over by a fool showing off on his racing dirt bike in the neighborhood. The little boy had just turned seven. He ended up with brain damage plus a shattered ankle and leg.
That happened two plus years ago. We were talking about him the other day and the father is still walking on air because what looked like an impossible to recover from tragedy has almost returned to a normal lifestyle for the boy. The parents turned to Karate training to help the boy relearn to focus and concentration. He's doing fantastic in Karate and in life.
I'm sure you and yours are treading on the same kind of rare air.
After seeing the trauma my friend and his family went through over their accident I have an inkling of what you've experienced. What happened was an accident. What's came out of that accident isn't. Congratulations on the luck part. Kudos for the wisdom you've evidently excerised in her recovery.
