Backhoe Backhoe bucket moves slow

Is there a hydralic adjustment for the backhoe? This tractor BX25 is about a year old and it just seems to take forever to dump. Been like that from delivery. Don't use it that much, but this weekend it just irritated me enough to ask. Thanks for the help.

I have had that happen and it was due to something sticking, like the loader lever. it was bleeding pressure off the system so everything else was Sloooow! Otherwise, check the connections, shut her down, wiggle the joysticks and relieve the pressure, then break em loose and reattach. Check fluid level and screen?

My Bradco does the same thing everything works great except the bucket is really slow

Does increasing the RPMs make a difference? are you running at PTO speed?

you've gotta be pretty close to 3000 rpm to get reasonably quick movement on my BX24.

You have a certain amount of flow to the BH, and if you know the bore size and flow, you can compute the rod extension speed.

You may have a small restrictor in the bucket line.

Do a test and see if the bucket cyl hose will produce the pups GPM.

If your pump is 10 GPM, then the bucket s pool should produce 10 GPM to the bucket spool work port.

If I have my BX25D up around 3000 RPMS the bucket dumps at a pretty decent pace, plenty fast enough. Have you removed any of the lines and made sure nothing is being restricted? If it is still under warranty maybe make a quick cell phone video of it and take it to your dealer and compare it to a new machine?
