I am new to this forum and would appreciate some help/advice. I have decided to purchase a B7800 and am confused about the best approach for a backhoe. My options seem to include: 1) buy new tractor with the Woods BH80-XT backhoe, 2) buy new tractor with a Kubota BH75 backhoe, or 3) buy a slightly used tractor with a BL4690b backhoe (way better price...).
I have learned that the BL4690b backhoe mounts on the 3-point hitch vs. on a sub-frame. The BL4690b also runs off of the PTO and has its own hydrolic system.
I can't find any specifications on the BL4690b Backhoe... What are the pros/cons and capacities of the BL4690b backhoe?
For comparison the Woods BH80-XT claims a bucket digging force of 3,780lbs and a dipperstick of 2,480lbs.

A subframe backhoe is the way to go for it's strength.
I have a BH75 on a L2800 which is fine but I have bent a curl cylinder (I think it was my fault). Several TBN members have bent dipper stick cylinders.
