Backhoe Loader (compact)

im looking for a compact loader backhoe pref a terramite t7 or so. Gas or disel dosent matter. AT this point running condition would be more of a request and not really a requirement. Im looking to get something that I can work on and fix up to use around the house. Anyone have any ideas?
