Backhoe Backhoe question

A neighbor is giving me a backhoe attachment. If I'm not mistaken it said Kubota 4520A on it. Has a big frame that goes with it.
It's been sitting outside for quite a while and needs new hoses and to be cleaned up. Anything else I should look for?
Also gave me a 3PH Kubota finish mower, also been sitting outside and needs cleaning.
Some days are just better than others!

Just want to know what to look for in fixing it up. Will not fit my tractor, already know that. Do I need to go to a Kubota dealer for the lines or can I just get some made up, things like that. There is some rust on one cylinder, whay can I do about that? Sorry for not being more specific.

I would look for a local shop that makes hydraulic lines. Try NAPA.
Some TBNer's have used this place. Hose & Fittings.com
Try using Scotch Brite to polish up rod. You may have to replace cylinder seals if rust is not removed before cyclinder is moved.

Randy what tractor are you trying to adapt it too? Do you know what model the subframe is for?

Not trying to make it fit my tractor. Have a backhoe on mine already. I was just going to get it and clean it up and Ebay it. Could use the money for a down payment on a new zero turn mower. Not sure what Kubota model it came off of. It's in the guys barn and I didn't go in and look at it. Probably about 25 horsepower.
