jinma 224
Hello there

I'm from Belgium. Since I got my jinma, I regulary read the info on TBN. Here in Europe, there is no such site.

I own a Jinma 224 (model 2005) with fel and backhoe. The backhoe is the subframe mounted type JW-03.
Is it possible to change it into a 3point hitch type? Are there pictures from such a rebuild?
Can my jinma lift the weight of the backhoe without blowing any O-rings?
I would like to change it, because now it's so much work to take it off and than put it back on again.
Thanks very much for any information and pictures!!!

Not sure how much the JW-3 weighs but according to TractorData.com - information on all makes and models of tractors your machine is only rated to lift 815 pounds. I'm guessing you'd be right at the edge. I'm think most everyone here will agree you dont want to get rid of the subframe. I'd save or make a list of backhoe jobs and do them all at once in a weekend or so then take it off and start the list again. Just my two cents.
Oh I have a three point BH and it's no piece of cake to put on either. I have to use a sledge hammer to get the pins in.

Wedge makes a very post.
Consequently, I am always reminding 3pt backhoe owners to get a subframe for it.
It may take a little longer to get on and off, but worth it IMHO.

I just came in from using my 3PTH backhoe and as bouncy and unstable as it was I'm seriously thinking of finding someone who can weld up a sub for me.
I'm thinking like everything else in life after you do it a few time you learn little tricks that will make it that much easier. The very first time I hooked up my bush hog it took over 30 minutes, No I can do it in less than 5 and with the QA I hoping under a minute.

PS Any takers on creating a sub for me.

I don't know how Jinma subframes are designed.

I do know I have had two subframe mounted hoes and both were very easy to install and remove...two pins and two hose connections, one was not the tractors brand hoe either but same mounting method.
