I just got a used backhoe and have only used it couple 1 time, but i noticed it when parked and on tractor that backhoe stabalizer legs would slowly drop, then when I removed it from tractor I'm pretty sure they lost pressure because backhoe is now setting on frame and not legs,

I could understand I guess if cylinders are leaking by but seems odd they both do it, possibly the valve, what's wired is if it's the valve, where can the fluid leak back to if it's not hooked up to tractor and can't go back to the tank 20180713_205337.jpeg

It’s a valve or other leak. Cylinders won’t drift like that even if they had no internal seal- fluid volume needs to change as the shaft moves.
I’d take some photos of the valve/valves and post in the hydraulics section. Keep us posted though!

The simple fix, is to chain your backhoe stabilizer arms together, when there is no active hydraulic pressure available.
My (old Ford) hoe has chain slots in the end of the stabilizer arms so I can keep the arms hooked together (light duty chain) when the hoe is not in use.
Though my hoe is a "quick disconnect" type, I have only disconnected it once...to paint it.
I leave the hoe alone, and use a different tractor for 3pt. hitch tasks.

Normal. I just tie mine together with a small rachet strap. That's why you have pins for boom and swing to use when you park it. I also tie the bucket up with a rachet strap.

Do they leak down when they are down and you are digging? If so, they are internally bypassing the packings (internal leak) and need rebuilt.
