I had a Kubota salesman tell me that a backhoe would tear a standard tractor frame apart. I know a lot of you have backhoes mounted on standard tractors what are your opinions on this. BTW he recommended the L39 or L35 however these are too costly.
Thanks for your opinions & advice.

A backhoe that is a 3 point hitch attachment and doesn't have a subfame may be what the dealer was describing. Backhoes designed for subframe attachment are better. The subframe stiffens the tractor for the high forces. A properly designed subframe backhoe will not damage the tractor.

My dealer would not install my 3pt. backhoe without adding a
subframe. He cannot due to warranty issues as Kubota REQUIRES the use of a subframe on my B7610. You take the weight of the FEL, Engine and oppose it with the weight of the BH and digging forces applied and you end up with 2 smaller tractors that don't work anymore. The subframe strengthens the tractor by tying the frame together near the FEL mount and the rear axle preventing the frame splitting in the middle.

Who then sells Backhoes for Kubota tractors with subframes?

What hes talking about is the force that a digging BH can pull the drivetrain apart from the rear axle or engine.
You dont need to get an L39/L35 to get a frame mounted BH. Kubota makes a BH90 that mounts to the Grand L series (probably not the L3030 though) It basically mounts up the same way as the L21/L35/L39/L45 series BH. The smaller BX series tractors have frame mounted BHs as well.
That being said, my dealer actually recommended a BL4690B BH for my L3130 and my needs. It is a 3PH BH and has worked fine for me but I would probably get a subframe BH if I were purchasing again. I dont worry about breaking the tractor in half with my 3PH BH though because the Grand Ls with loaders already have a subframe that connects the loader mount firmly to the rear axle housing. The only thing I worry about on mine are the 3PH arms and mounting brackets themselves.
If you decide to not stay with Kubota brand for your BH, there are a few companies that make good subframe BHs for many of the Kubota models.
