Backhole seat

Only 9 months old seat on backhole is starting to split, two small ones about one inch long , should this be happening so soon? Unit is stored under tarp when not in use . jim

I had simlar problems with both the hoe and tractor seats. Dealer replaced both under warranty.

Sounds like warranty item to me... I would get ahold of the dealer soon though as the BH's only have a 1 year warranty.

Mine is holding up very well for over 1 1/2 years so far. Must have been a fault in MFG. As Jon said, get it replaced under warranty asap.

I flip mine up when not in use but no it shouldn't be happening
