Backup alarm L39

2*OSHA requires all m/v have backup alarm on contruction sites

What defines contruction sites?

Why does that mean you need the alarm?

Because it is something that is easy to check and you will get fined without one.

I would very much prefer to be run over in reverse and killed swiftly than to be annoyed to death over the course of years by the backup alarms.

2*Dosen't O S H A only apply to employers ?
That being the case would it not stand to reason that anyone who is not an emplyer is not subject to OSHA rules?

At least you can see what is in the kit and the general location of the parts.
