Bad Battery?

/ Bad Battery? #21
I see that you have checked the connections, which would have been my first guess. What you may want to also consider are (2) things :
1) A battery heater. (usually 120v heated pad that the battery sits on)

2) A desulfator as mentioned in another post. Batteries that sit for periods of time develop lead sufate on the plates which can reduce the battery's ability to take and hold a charge. I use the "Battery Life Saver" (BLS) available at www.battery-rechargeable-charger.com. "solargizer" is another good unit. I recovered a (seemingly) shot deep cycle 105ah battery with the BLS unit in about a week.

I have no interest in either of the products listed above, but they will recover sulfated batteries and lengthen the service life of batteries when used on occasion.
