Meantime I now have 4 steel swivel wheels from TSC, that have grease fittings on the swivel plate AND the wheel's bearing(s). These should allow for more support, 700#s each wheel, and much easier rolling ability when I complete my platform reconstruction.

All good designs have some trial and error. I now have a Kubota B21 as my 3rd (this one is toy size) Backhoe and that hoe would do good on a dolly. Pictures of your final design would be appreciated.
