I think it is edited. That is the Golden Gate Bridge in tha background and to my knowledge there are no sharks that size in the bay area.

The photo is a composite. It's actually two photos. One is of a US Navy operation near the Golden Gate bridge and the other is one of a shark "breaching" off the coast of South Africa.
