Well I have a little over 200 hours on my CK20S now and I've found the following faults with it.

Exhaust pipe ends in a position so that the exhaust blackens the FEL

Turn signal lights are unprotected and get busted off doing brush removal

Rubber mat on left hand side will not stay in place.

Have never been able to get the bucket to raise and dump simultaneously as indicated on the joystick diagram.

3pt seems to drop slightly and lug the engine at idle when a heavy load is behind such as a chipper

Infrequently will randomly lose power steering under load

Unable to spin tires even slightly when encountering resistance such as taking a bite out of a dirt mound. It just whines even at full engine rpms.

Other than those problems it's been a great workhorse and I'd buy it again. Just thought I'd share some of my annoyances.

Besides the turn signals, rubber mat, and exhaust pipe, the rest of your problems all sound like a hydraulic pressure problem. I would test your hydraulic pressure or have the dealer test it to make sure it's in spec.

Also, how is the tractor setup when you can't spin the tires? Does it have an implement on the back, loaded tires? With the backhoe on my CK20HST and loaded tires, it will stop before spinning the tires but with just a box blade, snow blower or nothing on the 3pt, it will spin the tires to china. I find with the backhoe on back, I get more done and can fill the bucket easier. Spinning tires is not always a good thing.

Sounds like a good tractor if that is the worst it has thrown at you. The only mechanical contrievence that hasn't had detectable flaws that I have purchased is my RoadKing. I could not detect one paint/chrome/casting flaw when purchased, nor in the next seven years and it never failed one operator demand, ever. Everything elses hiccups occasionally and I don't sweat it.

By the sounds you given Kioti test. ;)

"Unable to spin tires even slightly when encountering resistance such as taking a bite out of a dirt mound. It just whines even at full engine rpms."

Was the tractor in High or low range..most of time in low range tires should spin unless real good traction.

This happens when I have something like the brush hog on the back. I always use low range for everything except if I need to travel a short distance down the road. Ground is usually hard enough that you cannot leave any tracks. No ballast in the tires. I agree that spinning the tires is not a good thing but the tires should always turn in my mind.

I agree unless there is tons and tons of weight with perfect traction you should always be able to spin the tires

I've never not been able to spin my ties with hoe on and in low

I have noticed most of those things on my CK20H. But I can't say that I have ever lost power steering and mine will spin the tires in low range if the rpms are up and I ease into the treadle.

I had a Chinese Benyi (Rhino clone), if it was in 4WD when you drove into a pile of stone or dirt, it would pick the rear wheels off the ground and put all the torque on the front axles. Snapping a front axle will teach you to dig in 2 WD. I have not taken the 4 WD chance with the CK20S and it always spins those rears when I drive into a pile of top soil, even with the back hoe on. I am assuming the front axles on the Kioti can stand the torque, but I have not chanced it.

I also find that controls are mainly "one movement at a time" - especially the BH. But I rarely run above 2200-2400 RPM, so perhaps it's a flow issue.

The steering locks up hard at seemingly random intervals, usually while backing-and-forthing. No obvious correlation with any use conditions, and a bit scary. Dealer said nothing was wrong, but couldn't explain.

Overall, a great machine, despite an annoying hydraulic problem that dealer never fixed right, leading to a small persistent drip in the BH valving. I'd buy it again, unless something better came along.

"Exhaust pipe ends in a position so that the exhaust blackens the FEL

Pretty common problems, possibly unavoidable. I wouldn't harsh on Kioti for them. Certainly Kubota is no better.

so far at 75 hours I have broken the front axel carrier twice and broke both blinkers off , now its in the shop because I tore all the linkages off the botom of the left side of the tractor even broke the dip stick off this made a huge mess!! they had to split the tractor in two to replace the linkages that i stove up , I will say that with any implement on the back of my tractor
(ck20) ie bush hog , box blade , finish mower, it will not spin the tires not even a little it will just wine, low in 4wd 2400 rpms , I still love the tractor its a great little machine!

@kubotalinc,

Wow. What did you do to cause all that? (Jumping Snake River Canyon comes to mind). :D

My only issue so far: a tail light's out.

Well, I got a nail in my tire but that's not the machine's fault.

i pushed a tree over and when i drove over it the stump ripped out of the ground and tore heck out of the linkages , the front axel carrier is broke again so I don't know whats going on with that , it broke when I was bush hogging and turned the wheels and snap , the part is backorded so I think some thing is going on with the front ends in these little tractors?

It must be all those people who think they can drive over trees with a CUT.

I highly doubt this is a common problem since no one has ever mentioned it in the 5 years I've been here. There are users with 1000's of hours and no problems with the front end. Maybe a dealer can chime in with any problems found. I know I use the heck out of my loader and constantly overload the FEL since most of the rocks I move can only be picked up about 2ft before it hits the relief valve.

In your case, I wonder if something in the axle frame or axle carrier got bent so even a new bearing will be destroyed quickly because the mount is "out-of-round".

My only problem so far in 5 years and 400 hours was a quick disconnect on the loader that would pop-off whenever I hit something hard but a good cleaning and re-connect seems to have solved the "problem".

i only have 75 hours on this tractor but the front carrier shoud be a lot harder to break , not really abusing it, when it breaks anyway.

548 hours and counting. I had a few problems but they were covered under warranty.
The only thing "I" broke was the radio antennas... in the woods logging and pulled door off hinge. I usually turn the mirrors in most times...

I've carried rock and logs on the forks over rough terrain - slowly with no problems. Just the other day I lifted with the forks - to max - a granite rock that was probably 3-4' across by 3' thick. I raised it enough to move it about 20' to the fence rail. The biggest log I have lifted was 10-12' long and 32" at the butt.

Warranty items:
Pinched AC hose under cab - rubbed against cab and started to leak
A/B rear remote handle/port not staying engaged - repacked with grease
Radiator Cracked - replaced

No other problems that I can think of.

I moved hundred of loads of manure, gravel, firewood. Pushed and blew many a ton of snow. Box bladed miles of gravel lanes. Chipped enough wood to make many a sheet of plywood and dug a couple of thousand feet of ditches. Tethered hay fields and hauled hay.
Push hogged 15+ acres... it has done everything I have asked pleasingly!!!!
