When I bought my Tundra new in 2011 the salesman gave me a cool key chain, I still use it, heck who wouldn't use a $35,000 key chain. Approximately 30 days later I got my owner appreciation package from Toyota, the first payment billing statement.

When I bought my Duramax the salesman topped it off with diesel and left me with some KY and said to have fun with the payments
I see you're in NW Missouri, why did he want you to go all the way to KY?

Or were you meaning the hyphenated version of Kentucky?

When I purchased my NH and JD utilities 2 ballcaps of different styles came with each. NH was a little more generous and also included 2 tee-shirts. Fuel tanks were mostly full.

When we bought feed from Eastern States as a kid, we could always count on a hat- one for each of us kids!
They don't do things like they used to. The bank and library were lolly pops and the feed store was hats. A+P - well there you had to provide your own change for the gumball!

I was given 2 JD ball caps by the sales guy and did not even purchase the machine but he made a better impression then the Kubota guy who had a stack of hats and did not offer me one LOL LOl I am looking to purchase my first tractor and am down to a new JD 2032R with H130 Loader, Pallet Fork and 6ft Back Blade or Kubota B2650 with the same equpment the JD is $500 more than the Kubota. Also looking at a 2013 used JD3520 (42Hrs) with same equpment for $4,000 more than Smaller JD both will have turf tires. What is the better machine for the $$$
Thanks for any help.

For MY needs, I'd buy the 3520 for $4,000 more every time. But I don't know what YOUR needs are. The turf tires might indicate it's mainly for mowing a lawn or other area that you don't want to tear up. In that case, the lighter 2023r might be a better choice.

And free ballcaps would NOT be a factor in my decision. ;)

I assure u a Free hat is not a factor I was joking about the guy who was upset he did not get a hat. I can get a hat for 5 bucks from anywhere

When I purchased my L4060 last winter, it was delivered dirty with a full tank of fuel. I was also given a ball cap and a stocking hat since it was cold outside. My dealer has been really great to deal with through the entire deal. My Kubota is currently back at the dealer for its 50hr service, and I have no complaints about that process either.

The bottom line is we all perceive things just a little differently for sure. When I bought my Kubota M5700 the salesman gave me a hat and a kubota jacket , and a full tank of diesel . When I bought the B2650 I got a hat and a full tank of fuel and they were both delivered very clean . I never wore the jacket but i sure do use the both tractors . If the dealer was to cheap to fill the tank that may have bothered me but not a hat ,or if there was some water spots .

I bought my Kubota ZD 326 recently. I asked for a ball cap and got it... And the tank was full.

I think JD has some level of arrogance.

How do you like you machine?

When I bought my X530 2 years ago I didn't get a hat and didn't even think to ask for one. 2-3 weeks later, a hat and a couple JD key chains along with a thank you for purchasing from us letter showed up in the mail. Maybe you will still get a hat. I don't remember for sure but I do think they filled it up. Equipment sits out in the weather on dealers lots all the time. Don't sweat it and enjoy your new machine!

That was very good of them. Everyone likes a free cap! (0:
