Jeremy, the easiest way I've found is to convert an older non-quick attach system to quick attach and then get a quick attach bale spear. The q-a adapter for the loader is about $360 from your NH dealer.
Of course, you will need to have your old bucket converted to quick-attach. You also buy a bucket quick attach plate from your NH dealer. You have a welder cut the old mounts off the bucket and weld the quick-attach adapter onto the bucket. That will be a pretty good job. The plate and the weld job will probably also be $300 to $350. That's still cheaper than buying a new quick-attach bucket that costs $650 just by itself.
Another way to convert the bucket is with a Uni-hitch adapter that pins onto your old bucket. That will also cost about $300. I have one of those, and I wish I'd just have had the weld-on plate done.
Almost anyway you go, you will be spending $650 for the conversion, and you still need to buy a quick-connect bale spear. That's at least another $200, so you are looking at $850 total, but in the process you will have converted your tractor to a full quick-attach loader which can use any Bobcat implement. I think you will never regret it, but if your budget is tight, you might just buy a 3PH bale spear and start saving your money for the loader conversion. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
